We would like to welcome you to the Nottingham Rowan Organisation Direct Payments Support Service team.
Our City and County project team has over 30 years combined experience of dealing with Direct Payments support locally. It prides itself on being a uniquely diverse staff team including having over 50% of the staff team who are either in receipt of Direct Payments themselves, or have close personal association with Direct Payments recipients.
The staff team is equipped to provide you with all the support you require in moving towards independence and making managing your own care as effortless as possible. The experience of the staff in supporting Direct Payments recipients with an extremely wide range of varying support needs ensures that you receive empathetic, informed and creative input into managing your support. This includes the provision of and the putting in place of processes for ongoing support where needed and if wanted.
All our staff are also kept fully informed regarding the ever changing legislation governing Direct Payments and Employment Law.
The project is fully supported by the Rowan Information Service which is the first port of call when calling The Rowan Organisation. The welcoming staff of the Information Service provide fully informed and comprehensive support on all aspects of receiving and managing direct payments, including employment issues, to Direct Payments Recipients over the phone.
The Rowan Organisation also offers a Payroll Service for all payroll requirements.
