Our team of Independent Living Advisers have over 70 years combined experience of providing direct and practical support to our customers. We have been contracted by Warwickshire County Council to provide support across the whole of Warwickshire for 7 years to date.
As a team we work in partnership with Warwickshire County Council ensuring continued development of not only our service but the growth and development of Direct Payments in Warwickshire.
All our team are trained to a high standard and are kept fully informed regarding the ever changing legislation governing Direct Payments and Employment Law, as well as being fully CRB checked regularly.
As Warwickshire is a huge geographical area we have staff situated in offices as well as home workers in all districts of the county to allow a more efficient service. We work in partnership with Warwickshire County Council to provide access to facilities for interviewing etc.
The type and level of support provided depends upon your requirements and what has been agreed with you.
One of our main aims is to support our customers to become independent of the need for ongoing support wherever possible.

The Warwickshire team are also supported by our first port of call Information Service, which is based at our head office in Nuneaton. This service ensures that someone is available to talk to you, either to provide you with the information and advice you require, or to ensure that the appropriate team member is informed that you require additional support.
