Carmarthenshire County Council provides training for Direct Payments employers and employees. Some courses are provided free of charge and others carry a small fee. In addition you can find training courses at the local colleges and universities, as well as local training companies. It may be possible to arrange training to be facilitated through a user group meeting if several people want the same training. If you require specific training for yourself or your Direct Payments employees, and are unable to source it, please contact us on the numbers below and we will arrange for a Independent Living Advisor to come and meet you and help you find the training you require.
