Independent Living Adviser (ILA)

Part Time Post (23 hours)

Scale 5 SCP 22-25, £18905- £20736 pro rata, mileage allowance and pension scheme.

The person appointed will have experience of working in a supportive role and the ability to advise service users on all aspects of Independent Living, including the management of their own Personal Assistants and the administration of a Direct Payments Scheme.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is committed to equality of opportunity and real choice for disabled people in the way they live their lives. You would be required to work from home and travel throughout Denbighshire, so access to transport is essential. Training and necessary equipment will be provided.
