Discussion Forum

The Rowan Organisation is at present unable to offer it's own Discussion Forum. However, The National Centre for Independent Living (NCIL) runs a Forum on their web site. This is a lively, well used and well managed Forum which provides people with the opportunity to interact, post questions and read responses to any issues relevant to independent living e.g. Direct Payments, ILF, legislation to name but a few.
