The training department of The Rowan Organisation is known as Rowan Training © and is a development based upon nearly three decades of support and development in the area of disabled peoples organisations and direct payments.
The experience gained has developed training that is relevant across communities and organisations, as our training programme and the services we can deliver testify.
Rowan Training © is seeking to be supportive, challenging and effective in its delivery of training courses and services to clients. We will create and deliver training that is thought provoking and practice effective, developing step-by-step processes for learning and individual affirmation of knowledge and understanding.

A new training manager has been appointed and further details of training opportunities will be available in the first quarter of 2008.
